Formal establishment of Moenda Group

Moenda Group wiftly became one of the key enterprises in China's fluid industry, Moenda Group leads with fluid equipment industry and investments (financing) in water treatment and environmental protection projects in fields of petroleum, petrochemical and electric power. The Group also involves in other businesses such as manufacturing, real estate, import and export trading, etc. Moenda has a total turnover of over 10 billion yuan, and more than 1,000 employees, including 150 high/middle management/technical staffs and two State Council Experts for Special Allowance. 

Moenda Group (Shanghai) Fluid Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. was established to expand engineering business in fluid and industrial wastewater areas.

Establishment of Morgentech (Med) Fluid and Chemical Laboratory

Collaborating with Germane and Netherland's leading enterprises and Chemistry and Materials Research Laboratories, Moenda Group established Morgentech (Med) Fluid and Chemical Laboratories to research and develop new water treatment materials and technologies. The Group also established Joint Research Experiment Base for Graduates Students with leading universities in China to promote closer cooperation between school and enterprise in personnel training and science & technology R & D work.

Formal establishment of Sino-German Joint Venture Shanghai Water Purification Technology Co., Ltd.

The joint venture is committed to the R & D, manufacturing, operations and service of Moenda (Med) water purification products. It opened up a new chapter in its civilian water purification business.
Based on German technology and guarantee perfect quality, this joint venture will continue Med's efforts in providing world's leading technology and services, produce advanced products and offer excellent services for every households and enterprises, and provide access to safe, quality drinking water for everyone.

Establishment of Waste Gas Treatment Division

This division is committed to the treatment of industrial emissions, malodorous gases and other harmful gases from various industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, printing, materials processing, coating, machining, chemical building materials manufacturing and mineral processing industries.
